Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

💸 Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: ৳60 (standard delivery)
Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (via courier service)
Free Delivery: For orders over ৳3000 (available during promotional periods)

We use reliable courier services such as Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX, and Pathao to ensure secure delivery.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At ghorsajbd.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your purchased item, we offer returns under certain conditions.

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return:

The product arrives broken, damaged, or previously used
Wrong product delivered
Product is faulty or not functioning properly (subject to verification)
